• Each complex has 4 apartment buildings on each side, with 2 upper and 2 lower apartments.  On each side we have created a common area that our residents like to use to gather with family, friends and neighbors.  There is also a park in the center of Fox Run that is used primarily by the children of our small community.

Fox Run Apartments came to life in the early 90's, started by a man named Thomas Lorenz.  With the help and guidance of his family and friends, Fox Run has come to be what it is today.  A total of 6 individual 8 family complexes are spread across the property, leaving ample green space to spend time outside.  Tom has since passed away and Fox Run has been left in the hands of his family.  Fox Run continues to be managed by Jim Meyer and Lori Voigt with continued help from family.  We pride ourselves on being family owned and operated and not being run by a big management company.  Fox Run is in the heart of Ashippun, Wisconsin, making it centrally located from several major Wisconsin cities and attractions.  We invite you to come out and see for yourself and maybe even become the newest resident of Fox Run Ashippun.
